1. Using BeWagl

You may browse without an account. Account holders must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use the service lawfully. BeWagl is not intended for children under 13. Restaurant hours, prices, availability, accessibility, medical information and other details can change; verify critical information directly with the venue.

2. Reservations and waitlists

BeWagl transmits requests to participating restaurants but does not guarantee a table, wait time, service quality or third-party performance. Restaurants remain responsible for their services and any direct transaction with you.

3. User-generated content rules

By submitting a profile, review, recommendation, photo or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, relevant, and yours or properly licensed. You grant BeWagl a non-exclusive worldwide license to host, display, translate, format and moderate it for operating and promoting the service.

Prohibited content includes: child sexual abuse or exploitation; sexual content involving minors; threats or encouragement of violence; hate speech; harassment or bullying; personal or confidential information; impersonation; illegal goods or activity; graphic or sexually explicit material; scams; malware; spam; undisclosed incentives; fake reviews; conflicts of interest; copyright or trademark infringement; and content unrelated to the listed place.

4. Reporting, blocking and moderation

Users can report content or profiles and block other users from the relevant content/profile controls, or contact the Safety Center. Blocking removes that user's contributions from personalized public views. Reports enter a moderation queue. BeWagl may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve evidence or notify authorities when necessary. We prioritize imminent safety and child-protection reports.

5. Reviews and rankings

Ratings and recommendations may combine verified visits, user contributions, licensed place data and editorial assessment. Manipulating ratings, coordinating false reviews, reviewing an undisclosed related business or exchanging value for a positive contribution is prohibited. “AI” labels describe an assisted selection or editorial process and are not a guarantee.

6. Accounts, suspension and deletion

You may delete your account in the app or at bewagl.com/account-deletion. We may limit or suspend accounts that create risk or repeatedly violate these terms. Sole Business owners must transfer ownership or complete assisted closure before personal-account deletion.

7. Intellectual property and complaints

BeWagl branding and original service content belong to BeWagl or its licensors. To report copyright, trademark, privacy or safety issues, provide the affected URL, your contact details, the basis of the request and supporting evidence through the Safety Center.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. BeWagl is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, safety or accessibility advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and contact
